Description

Absolutely delicious and easy to make, Triple Berry Hand Pies are a delightful treat that’s perfect for any occasion! Bursting with fresh flavors of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries within a flaky crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package of pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the mixed berries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface and cut it into shapes.
  4. Place a spoonful of the berry mixture onto one half of each pie shape and seal the edges.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg and milk, then bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Let the hand pies cool before dusting with powdered sugar.
