Description

A nostalgic and easy-to-make treat combining peanut butter and oats, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without baking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until combined.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  3. Line a muffin tin or small baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the bottom.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the mixture to set.
  5. Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into squares or cups. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. For longer storage, wrap individually and freeze for up to three months.
