Description
A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy layers of chocolate and peanut butter, topped with crunchy Butterfinger bits.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package of Butterfinger candy bars
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of whipped topping
- 1 package of chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter with graham cracker crumbs until well combined. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping to add lightness. Spread this peanut butter layer over the crust.
- Prepare the chocolate pudding according to the package instructions, mixing it with the milk until thick. Spread the chocolate pudding evenly over the peanut butter layer.
- Crush the Butterfinger candy bars and sprinkle them on top of the chocolate layer. Refrigerate for several hours to allow it to set before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, reserve some of the crushed Butterfinger for garnish before serving. You can also use dark chocolate pudding for a richer taste.
