- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar, for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Chill dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Scoop out portions of dough and roll into balls; roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack before serving.
