Description

A delightful twist on classic banana pudding and cheesecake, served in fun cone-shaped desserts. Perfect for parties and gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Cone-shaped waffle cones

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened. Set aside.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Layer the bottom of each waffle cone with vanilla pudding, add banana slices, and then a scoop of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Repeat the layering process until the cones are filled and top with whipped cream and more crumbs.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short while before serving.

Notes

For best texture, assemble cones just before serving. Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
