Ingredients

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Let the melted chocolate cool slightly, then use it to coat the insides of silicone molds or muffin tins.
- Place the molds in the refrigerator to set for about 15-20 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and lemon juice into the whipped cream.
- Carefully remove the chocolate shells from the molds.
- Fill each shell with the whipped cream mixture and top with fresh raspberries.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Best served chilled. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
