Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Let the melted chocolate cool slightly, then use it to coat the insides of silicone molds or muffin tins.
  3. Place the molds in the refrigerator to set for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold in the vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and lemon juice into the whipped cream.
  6. Carefully remove the chocolate shells from the molds.
  7. Fill each shell with the whipped cream mixture and top with fresh raspberries.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
