Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the honey (or maple syrup), almond butter (or peanut butter), and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Once mixed, refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to help firm it up.
- After chilling, scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
- Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy your homemade protein balls!

Store in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for up to three months. Consider adding chopped nuts for extra crunch.
