Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the honey (or maple syrup), almond butter (or peanut butter), and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Once mixed, refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to help firm it up.
  5. After chilling, scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  6. Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy your homemade protein balls!

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for up to three months. Consider adding chopped nuts for extra crunch.
