Description

A delightful twist on traditional brownies that bring creamy sweetness to the table, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts (like walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring continuously until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually fold in the flour and salt until just combined. If using chopped nuts, fold them in now. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature, or refrigerate for a week.
