Description
A refreshing watermelon sorbet that’s easy to make and perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- Watermelon
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into chunks. Remove the seeds for a smoother texture in the sorbet.
- Place the watermelon chunks in a single layer on a baking sheet, then freeze until solid, which should take about 2-3 hours.
- Once the watermelon is frozen, add the chunks to a food processor. Blend until the watermelon becomes a smooth, sorbet-like consistency.
- Serve the sorbet immediately for a soft texture. If you prefer a firmer sorbet, transfer it to an airtight container and freeze for an additional hour before serving.
Notes
To store, place in an airtight container and keep in the freezer for up to 1-2 weeks.
