Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
- Tajin seasoning
- Popsicle molds
Instructions
- Start by washing and cutting the watermelon into cubes. Make sure to remove any seeds to ensure a smooth blend.
- In a blender, puree the watermelon cubes until they reach a smooth consistency.
- Add the lime juice and honey or sugar if you want a touch of extra sweetness. Blend again until everything is well combined.
- Carefully pour the watermelon mixture into the popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion.
- Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
- When you’re ready to enjoy your popsicles, remove them from the molds and dip the top portion of each into Tajin seasoning.
