- 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seedless
- 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into small pieces and remove the seeds.
- Blend the watermelon pieces in a blender until smooth.
- Add sugar and lime juice to taste, blending again until combined.
- Chop the mint leaves and mix them into the watermelon puree.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
- Freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
- Run warm water over the molds for a few seconds to release popsicles.
Notes
Choose a ripe watermelon for the best sweetness. These popsicles can last up to one month in the freezer when properly stored.
