Description

Refreshing watermelon popsicles are a quick and easy summer treat made from fresh watermelon, perfect for keeping cool.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seedless
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into small pieces and remove the seeds.
  2. Blend the watermelon pieces in a blender until smooth.
  3. Add sugar and lime juice to taste, blending again until combined.
  4. Chop the mint leaves and mix them into the watermelon puree.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
  6. Freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
  7. Run warm water over the molds for a few seconds to release popsicles.

Notes

Choose a ripe watermelon for the best sweetness. These popsicles can last up to one month in the freezer when properly stored.
