Description

A refreshing and healthy snack made with juicy watermelon and creamy yogurt, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the cubed watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended watermelon and yogurt. If desired, add honey or agave syrup to sweeten to your taste.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, leaving space at the top.
  4. Insert toothpicks into the centers if using molds for easier handling.
  5. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, pop out the yogurt bites from the molds and serve them garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Store any leftover bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Use ripe, sweet watermelon for the best flavor.
