Ingredients

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 100g sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 cup brewed Vietnamese coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and prepare a 9-inch round springform pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth for about 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, brewed Vietnamese coffee, and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the flour until just incorporated.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is dark and burnt.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
