Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, etc.)

  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For best results, use day-old rice to prevent the dish from becoming mushy. Customize with your favorite veggies or proteins as desired.
