- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or sesame)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent (about 2-3 minutes).
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use day-old rice to prevent the dish from becoming mushy. Customize with your favorite veggies or proteins as desired.
