- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup dulce de leche (or caramel sauce)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the chopped nuts and sauté until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
- Slice the ripe bananas into thin rounds and layer them in a baking dish.
- Pour the dulce de leche over the bananas, spreading it evenly.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cover the banana and dulce de leche layer, tucking in the edges.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before inverting onto a serving plate.
- Serve warm with whipped cream.
Notes
