Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by grating the cucumber and squeezing out the excess moisture using a clean cloth or paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, and vinegar. Stir until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. If desired, stir in fresh dill. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
