Instructions
- Start by grating the cucumber and squeezing out the excess moisture using a clean cloth or paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, and vinegar. Stir until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If desired, stir in fresh dill. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
