A delightful dessert layering rich cream cheese with caramel and chocolate, on a buttery graham cracker crust.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add vanilla and eggs, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set.
- Spread caramel sauce over the cooled cheesecake, then drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with pecans.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother filling. Bake in a water bath to prevent cracks.
