Description

A delightful Greek spicy feta dip with creamy feta, roasted red peppers, and a kick of spice from fresh chilies.


Ingredients

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 100g roasted red peppers
  • 12 fresh chili peppers (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pita bread or vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, roasted red peppers, fresh chili peppers, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper if necessary.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables for dipping.
