Description

A delicious fusion of cheesecake and tiramisu that combines rich creaminess with bold espresso flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a springform pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, espresso, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
