Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the red curry paste, coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes, ideally a few hours.
- Preheat the grill or oven. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
