Description

Delightful egg-shaped desserts with strawberry cake, fresh strawberries, and a chocolate coating, perfect for spring celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of strawberry cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • Chocolate or white chocolate, melted (for coating)
  • Egg-shaped molds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the egg-shaped molds.
  2. Combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a large bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the diced strawberries. Pour the batter into the prepared molds, filling them about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Remove the cakes from the molds and dip the tops into the melted chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip off.
  6. Serve chilled with whipped cream on the side.

Notes

Ensure cakes are completely cool before dipping them in chocolate. You can substitute the chocolate coating with colorful candy melts for a festive touch.
