Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to create a non-stick surface for the yogurt bark.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt and honey in a medium-sized bowl. Stir thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Scatter the sliced strawberries over the yogurt layer and sprinkle granola on top if desired.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.
  6. Remove the bark from the freezer, break it into pieces, and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Separate pieces with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
