A delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake filling with a crunchy graham cracker crust and fresh strawberries.

- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in vanilla extract and beat until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the sliced strawberries over the cooled crust, then pour the cream cheese mixture on top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze individual slices wrapped in plastic.
