Description

A delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake filling with a crunchy graham cracker crust and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in vanilla extract and beat until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer the sliced strawberries over the cooled crust, then pour the cream cheese mixture on top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze individual slices wrapped in plastic.
