- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate.
- Let the chocolate set in the fridge before serving.
