Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or strawberry flavored)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (mashed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, and softened cream cheese. Stir them together until they are well mixed.
  2. Add the honey (or maple syrup), mashed strawberries, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. If desired, fold in crushed graham crackers for added texture.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the protein balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
