Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Cut in the cold, cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour in the milk and mix until just combined.
- Create small balls of dough and flatten them slightly in your hand.
- Mix diced strawberries with cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each dough ball and fold to seal.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
