Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients mixture into the creamed mixture until just combined.
- Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and place them on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Flatten each ball with a glass and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- For the frosting, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth and add food coloring if desired.
- Once the cookies are cool, frost them generously and let them set.
