Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Snickers bars gently.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use natural peanut butter. Chill the dough for easier handling if it’s sticky. Don’t overbake for soft cookies.
