Ingredients

  • 4 turkey wings
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Herbs (such as thyme or rosemary) for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Season the turkey wings with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and brown the turkey wings on both sides.
  3. Remove the turkey wings and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant and translucent.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well and bringing to a gentle simmer.
  5. Return the browned turkey wings to the skillet, cover, and bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours until tender.
  6. Serve the turkey wings hot with the creamy gravy over the top.
