- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Season the turkey wings with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and brown the turkey wings on both sides.
- Remove the turkey wings and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant and translucent.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well and bringing to a gentle simmer.
- Return the browned turkey wings to the skillet, cover, and bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours until tender.
- Serve the turkey wings hot with the creamy gravy over the top.
