- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cranberry sauce, bacon, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the rolled-out puff pastry.
- Roll up the pastry tightly to form a log shape.
- Slice the rolled pastry into 1-inch pieces and lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with an egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Serve with extra cranberry sauce for dipping or alongside a cheese platter. Can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
