Description

A festive dessert that combines creamy cheesecake with indulgent salted caramel, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Optional: whipped cream and extra caramel for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla and incorporate the eggs one at a time.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, folding in salted caramel sauce and sea salt until well mixed. Pour over the crust in the springform pan.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let cool inside for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve chilled with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.

Notes

For a perfect cheesecake, make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Use a gentle cooling method to prevent cracking.
