Description
A nutritious and refreshing treat made with Greek yogurt and mixed berries, perfect for cooling off during warm weather.

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the mixed berries to the yogurt mixture, folding gently to combine.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until completely solid.
- To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the pops. Enjoy your refreshing berry pops!
Notes
Store leftover pops in an airtight container or individually wrapped in plastic wrap for up to one month in the freezer.
