- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and form into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In another bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce. Pour over the meatballs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Notes
Serve warm with toothpicks for easy grabbing. Can be paired with fresh parsley and various dipping sauces.
