- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tins, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
