Description

A delightful and healthy twist on a classic treat, packed with protein and made from simple ingredients. Perfect for a post-workout snack or a light dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of protein powder
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sweetener (like honey or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the protein powder, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. The mixture should be well combined, with no lumps remaining.
  3. If the mixture is too thin, add ice cubes until the desired consistency is reached. Blend again until everything is well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami machine and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Scoop the ice cream into bowls and enjoy! Top with fresh fruits, nuts, or a drizzle of chocolate if desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving if it becomes too hard.
