Description

A decadent yet nutritious protein-packed cookie dough, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout fuel.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and protein powder.
  2. Add the nut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips, if desired.
  5. Scoop the dough into small balls or press it into a container.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
