Description

Delicious and easy homemade protein bars, perfect for a quick snack on the go, packed with nutrients to keep you energized.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder.
  2. Add nut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl and stir until well combined.
  3. Once mixed, stir in dark chocolate chips.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. After setting, cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Wrap bars individually in parchment paper or store in an airtight container. They will stay fresh in the fridge for up to one week.
