Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in the pistachio pudding mix.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the butter mixture, blending until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between each. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Let cool on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks.
