Description

A delightful fusion of cheesecake and pecan pie, offering a rich, creamy texture with a sweet, nutty flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup pecan pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time, blending until just incorporated.
  4. Fold in chopped pecans. Pour the mixture over the crust and drizzle pecan pie filling on top, swirling with a knife.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Garnish with extra pecans or caramel.
