- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup pecan pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time, blending until just incorporated.
- Fold in chopped pecans. Pour the mixture over the crust and drizzle pecan pie filling on top, swirling with a knife.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Garnish with extra pecans or caramel.
