Description

Quick and easy no-bake cookies made with peanut butter and oats, perfect for a delightful snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the rolled oats and mix until fully coated.
  3. If using, fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten gently. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother texture. For a chunkier cookie, use crunchy peanut butter. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
