Description

Delightful and easy-to-make peanut butter balls combining rich peanut butter, sweet honey, and chocolate chips, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats and powdered sugar until well mixed.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Optionally, roll the balls in cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
