Description

A delightful treat combining creamy yogurt with sweet peaches, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup diced peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt and honey in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Blend diced peaches with lemon juice and vanilla extract to create a peach puree.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly.
  4. Drizzle the peach puree over the yogurt, creating a swirl effect, and sprinkle granola and nuts on top if desired. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. You can substitute Greek yogurt with non-dairy yogurt for a vegan option.
