Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups peaches (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine 1 cup of water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the syrup cool. Pour peach slices and lemon juice into a blender. Blend until smooth, mixing in the cooled syrup.
- Mash the raspberries in separate bowls for added texture to the ice pops.
- Pour the peach puree into ice pop molds, layering with the mashed raspberries. Optionally, swirl in yogurt. Insert sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours.
Notes
Choose ripe peaches for best flavor. Use a dairy-free yogurt alternative for a vegan option.
