- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Combine the sliced peaches, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Mix together the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar in another bowl. Pour in the melted butter and stir until combined.
- Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pour the peach mixture over it, then sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve these bars warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
