Description

Delightful no-bake treats made from crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese, dipped in chocolate and topped with sprinkles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Melting chocolate or chocolate bark
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by crushing the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese, mixing until blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate according to package instructions. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Add sprinkles if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate has fully set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months. Use high-quality chocolate for dipping for better flavor.
