Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups orange soda
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix the orange soda, water, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
  3. Use a fork to scrape the mixture every 30 minutes to break up any ice crystals.
  4. Continue this process for about 3-4 hours until the granita is frozen and fluffy. Serve in chilled glasses and enjoy!

Notes

Serve in chilled glasses or bowls and consider garnishing with mint or lemon. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
