Description

Quick and healthy snacks made with oats, nut butter, and honey, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, ground flaxseed, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix the ingredients until well combined. The mixture should be sticky but hold together well.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Enjoy as a snack!
