Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the pitted dates and walnuts. Blend until a sticky mixture forms, resembling a thick paste.
- Add cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the processor. Blend until all ingredients are well combined and evenly mixed.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking pan, evenly spreading it out to ensure uniform thickness.
- Refrigerate the brownie mixture for at least 1 hour to allow it to set properly and develop a firmer texture.
- Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into squares. Serve immediately or store for later!
