Description

Wholesome and energy-packed No Bake Protein Balls that are perfect for a quick snack or pre-workout fuel.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups no stir creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 1/3 cups old fashioned oats (rolled oats)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, protein powder, salt, and mini chocolate chips in a mixing bowl. Make sure to measure the ingredients accurately for the best texture.
  2. Stir everything together until well combined. You’ll want a thick, sticky mixture that holds together nicely. If the mixture seems too dry, adjust by adding a dash more honey or peanut butter.
  3. Use a mini cookie scoop or a spoon to portion out about one-inch-sized balls onto a wax paper-covered cookie sheet. If you find the mixture difficult to handle, slightly dampen your hands with water to prevent sticking.
  4. Roll each portion into a ball using your hands to ensure they hold their shape. Refrigerate the balls for approximately one hour until firm to the touch.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for 2-3 months. Use natural, no stir peanut butter for the best creaminess.
